CHURCH ATTENDANCE

Updated: Jul 22, 2022

If prayer is the oxygen of the spiritual man, and the Bible is his food, then church attendance must be his time of spiritual comfort, rejuvenation, and repair.

We live in a time of real Christian apostasy in America and Europe. Lack of church attendance is both a cause and a result.

If you have neglected to assemble together with other believers, now is the time to reverse course.

For Comfort: Church is where you will be comforted in the presence of your fellow believers. All believers can relate to the experiences, the ups and downs, the successes and failures of other believers.

For Rejuvenation: Church is where we are encouraged in our faith both by the hymns and songs we sing, and by the sermons and Bible teachings we hear. Conversation and interaction with other Christians renews and invigorates us.

For Repair: Church is where we can avail ourselves of the spiritual repair offered by the presence and moving of the Holy Spirit. Place does matter. The church, i.e. His people, are the earthly expressed image of the body of our Lord. Let those who reject God go to nature for spiritual communion. Let those of us who call Jesus Lord go to where His people gather, the local church or in our case, the virtual church.

Go to church on Sunday. If you are traveling, if you are working, if you cannot go to a local church because you are disabled or are caring for a sick loved one, or some other reason, you can join us for virtual church by clicking this Zoom link:
